Prince Andrew, Duke of York, has once again found himself at the center of a scandal. This time, it involves his association with a Chinese national suspected of being a spy for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Known only as “H6” in British judicial documents, the individual was a close confidant and business advisor to the prince but has now been banned from entering the UK on grounds of national security. This revelation adds to the already damaged reputation of the Duke of York, who has faced public scrutiny for years over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The Chinese national, referred to as H6 to protect his identity, first arrived in the UK in 2002 as a student. He graduated from the University of York before becoming an influential figure within Prince Andrew’s circle. H6’s relationship with the Duke of York was close enough for him to attend the prince’s birthday party in 2020 and serve as his business advisor. He reportedly assisted in forging business connections with Chinese partners on behalf of the prince.
